Bead Charm
1. Using the round nosed pliers, take the piece of 20 gauge wire and make a decorative loop. 2. Slide the focal bead onto the wire. 3. Wrap the wire around the bead in an overlapping pattern. Leave about 2 inches of wire unwrapped as a "tail". Do not press the tail against the bead. The wire will be easier to coil if it sticks out from the bead. 4. Using the round nosed pliers, make a closed loop on the end of the wire. 5. Pinch the flat side of the loop between the blades of a chain nosed pliers. Use the pliers to wind the wire around the closed loop. Wind as many layers as you like. Press the coil to the bead. You're done! Project copied with permission from Sierra Pacific Crafts |
