Beaded Eyeglass Chain using Blue Moon BeadsBeaded Eyeglass Chain

Blue Moon Bead Materials
- 1 pkg. Glass Bead Mix of your choice
- 1 tube Seed Beads of your choice
- 1 pkg. Bead Cord .012 diameter
- 1 pkg. Gold Eyeglass Holders or Silver Eyeglass Holders
- 1 pkg. Gold Crimp Beads or Silver Crimp Beads

Tools Required
Wire cutters or scissors and a pair of flat-nosed pliers.
INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Lay out the beads in the pattern you desire. Eyeglass chains range in length from 26" to 30" long.

2. Thread the cord through a crimp bead and the metal loop on the eyeglass holder. Thread back through the crimp bead and use your flat-nosed pliers to flatten the crimp bead.

3. String all of your beads onto the cord, hiding the tail of the cord inside the beads as shown. If the beads will not fit over the tail, cut it off neatly near the crimp, or after at least one bead.

4. After all the beads are on the cord, slide the second crimp onto the cord. Pass the cord through the second eyeglass holder then through several beads in the eyeglass chain.

4. Pull the bead cord until all of the beads are snug against each other. Flatten the crimp bead. Cut off the remaining cord.
