Halloween / Trick-or-Treat Can

Project: Halloween / Trick or Treat Can

SUPPLIES:
Paint CansNew Paint Can (available at our stores)
Candy wrappers
Mod Podge
Brush
Tag
Stickers of your choice
Ranger Destressing Ink pads (linen & walnut)
Xyron X2 Roll-On Adhesive
Glue dots (optional)
Ribbon & fibers

1. Brush Mod Podge onto the outside of the can in small areas and cover with the candy wrappers. Flatten the wrappers against the can and then cover with more Mod Podge. Continue around the can until the whole can is covered and Mod Podge is dry. 

2. Crumple the tag into a ball. Open it up. Using the Ranger Distressing ink pads, smear on the tag to create a distressed look.  When dry, place stickers on top of the tag and some behind for effect.  Add glue dots on top of Trick or Treat sticker giving it a 3D effect. Add more glue dots as desired. Then adhere to the front of the paint can with Xyron X2 Roll-On Adhesive.

3. Tie ribbons, fibers, tags onto the handle of the paint can.
