Canvas Headboard

Project: Canvas HeadboardSupply List:
24" x 36" Canvas
1 1/4" yards fabric
Batting
Heavy Duty Stapler
Buttons
Heavy Duty Thread
Embroidery Floss

Instructions:
1. Cover canvas with batting and lightly staple to back of canvas. Just enough to hold it in place.

2. Wrap the fabric tightly around canvas and staple to back of canvas, starting in the middle and pulling tightly. You will need to rotate the canvas after each time you staple. This will help to keep the fabric even. Work your way to the outer edges until fabric is completely stapled and snug.

3. You can now sew buttons to the canvas making sure to go all the way through to the back and out again to make your tufts.

4. You can hang your headboard directly to the wall above the bed.
