Wood Clock
Designed by Jeannette Rodriguez

Wood ClockMaterials Needed:
Wooden Clock Shape
Acrylic Paint (color to match with paper)
12 pieces of paper (your choice)
Mod Podge all-in-one sealer, glue and finish
Sponge Brush
Clock hands and face (we used the Wooden Hollow Glow in the Dark Clock, Hands and Face)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Paint the clock.

2. Trace clock petals onto paper. Cut each piece and number paper to corresponding petals.

3. With the sponge apply a generous amount of Mod Podge to the back of your paper, ensuring that the entire surface is covered (or you could apply a generous amount of Mod Podge directly onto the clock petals).

4. Position the print very carefully. Start smoothing out (from the center) all air bubbles.

5. Once print is smoothly in place, remove all excess mod podge with a damp sponge or cloth. Allow item to dry well.

7. Apply several thin coats of mod podge to entire surface. Apply each coat in opposite direction, i.e. one coat horizontally and next coat vertically. Always allow mod podge to dry well between each coat.

8. Once dry, glue the clock face to the clock. Follow manufacturing instructions to attach hands.
