Crochet Bead Necklace
Designed by Nancy Eckhardt

Crochet Bead NecklaceMaterials Needed:
3 yards of thin suede cord
4 bags of different colors of Crochet Beads
Pendant to match
2 big eye or easy eye needles

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Fold suede cord in half. Make a loop by putting a knot in the folded end about 1 1/2" from the end.

2. Put a needle on each end of the cord. Do a ladder stitch on each bead by crossing the needles through the hole in the bead, coming out through opposite ends. Push the bead towards the knot.

3. Do the same by alternating beads until you have 15 beads done on one side.

4. Place pendant on bottom cord, then continue ladder stitch going up the opposite side, alternating colors until you have 15 beads.

5. Tie a knot around the last bead you put on. Put another bead on the tail. Tie a double knot to create a clasp. Trim ends.
