Instructions:
Simply apply tape to one side of hanger and wrap the yarn around and around until the wooden part is completely covered. You may need to put a drop of glue or use a glue gun at either end to hold the yarn in place. Use a short length of satin ribbon for a bow at the base of the hook. With tapestry needle and yarn, sew hoops to the hanger at even intervals as shown above.

Be creative with mixing yarn and colors, matte and shine yarns, furry and glitzy yarns!
