Scrapbooking Page "How Do I Love Thee"

Scrapbook Page "How Do I Love Thee"Materials Needed
Opalite: Crystal Blush, Cypress Frost, Orchid Ice, Golden Mist, Winter Rust
Paper: (2) 12" x 12" sheets Olive Green & Cream, (1) 12" sheet Burgundy & Forest Green
Sponge Daubers
Cork embellishment
Paper Trimmer, scissors, foam tape, glue dots and your favorite adhesive.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Using two sponge daubers, apply Opalite Cypress Frost and Golden Mist directly to the Olive Green sheets in a random pattern. This will give the green a patina look. One sheet will be used for the background and you will cut two olive leaves out of the second sheet.

2.
Cut your 12 inch Burgundy sheet down to 11 by 11 inches. With the ink pad in your hand, lightly rub the Opalite Winter Rust over the paper, making sure that the Burgundy shows through the ink.

3.
On one of the cream papers, run your title and journaling through a printer. Use the excess to border your picture. Using the other cream paper, make a border 1/8th of an inch larger than the cranberry paper.

4.
Using a different sponge dauber for each color, make circles for your grapes on the forest green cardstock with Opalite Orchid Ice, Crystal Blush, and Winter Rust. Cut your circles out then attach them onto a piece of cardstock, layering the grapes, mixing up the colors and raising some of them with foam tape. Cut the grape bunch out so that you don’t see the background cardstock.

5.
To assemble your scrapbook page, the 12 by 12 inch olive green sheet should be the bottom layer, the cream square on top of that and then the burgundy square. Place the title across the upper part of the page. Attach your journaling in the lower left corner and using your glue dots, attach the cork embellishment on top of that. Find the best place for your photo then adhere the olive leaves and your grape bunch around it
