We’ll spend the morning creating amazingly elegant yet incredibly easy paper quilled snowflakes using traditional quilling techniques. Once finished, the snowflakes make the perfect Christmas gift, tree ornament, or a little something extra to attach to a package. Prior experience quilling is not required.
