Make this eye-catching short cape with a deep dramatic lined hood. Change the color and embellishments, the options are endless! A perfect cape for a Hobbit, Fairy, Pirate, Viking, Elf, Witch, Vampire or Little Red Riding Hood, just in time for Renaissance Fairs! Cape is adult – one size fits most. Two length options available: 34 or 41 inches from the shoulder. Basic sewing machine knowledge necessary. Instructor: Sandra Tholen
