In this class, you will learn 6 sewing patterns that can be used to bind single signature booklets, with a decorative stitching pattern on the spine of the book. Participants will leave with a “sampler of six sewing cards” and one 4.5 inch by 5.5 inch, 16 page booklet. We will also discuss variations/options for thread, beads and cover designs. This structure works well for calligraphers, writers and visual artists looking for a simple binding with fewer pages.
