I have been a steady, almost daily customer since I moved to the area in 1996, and the stand was on the sidewalk out front of the store. I have bought coffee and espresso in seven or eight states from multiple various local shops and franchises, and I travel frequently.

When I walk into Ben's, the baristas are simply the friendliest, most open, genuine and caring baristas I have ever encountered. They are simply the best in the world I have traveled! On top of the service they provide, the coffee is the best as well. I consider the coffee simply a bonus, as it is the baristas that bring people in day after day for a dose of welcome and friendly open caring atmosphere.

You have a winning combination in the espresso business, one that is unique in the world from my perspective. Please pass my heartfelt appreciation on to the baristas. They are the best! Doug Hudson
