MATERIALS
3 balls Lion Suede Yarn: Garnet
Lion Brand Knitting Needles - Size 9 [5.5 mm]
Lion Brand Crochet Hook - Size J-10
Pom-pom maker
Large-Eye Blunt Needles (Set of 6)

GAUGE:
12 stitches + 18 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

SCARF
Cast on 18 sts.
Row 1: *Knit 2, purl 2; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, knit 2.
Row 2: *Purl 2, knit 2; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, purl 2.
Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until about 30 in. [76 cm] of yarn remains. Bind off.

FINISHING
Pompoms (make 10)
Following Pom Pom Maker instructions, make 10 pompoms.

Attach 5 pompoms evenly spaced across each short end of scarf as follows:
With crochet hook and long tail of pompom, chain 6, then slip stitch into scarf. Fasten off. Attach remaining pompoms in same manner. Weave in ends.
