Keep yourself warm this winter with this No-Sew Easy-To-Make Polar Fleece Scarf. In 30 mintues or less, you'll have a hand made scarf. Here's what you need:
Fleece
Cutting Mat and Rotary Cutter
Polar Fleece
Rotary Cutters / Cutting Mat
Cutting Board
Shape Cut
- Use with your rotary cutter & rotary cutting mat. With this tool, you can cut multiple strips from 1/2" up to 12" in 1/2" increments.
- You will save time on repetitive cuts for fringes on your new scarf.


This project is as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Cut Polar Fleece into a 12" wide strip, using the rotary cutter and cutting mat.

2. On 12" edge, cut fringe 1/2" wide, 3" long with the "Shape Cut" Board.

3. Keep yourself warm all winter!
