Level: Beginner. (Ages 12+). Instructor: Julie Ross.
Weaving is a fun hobby that opens up so many opportunities for crafting. But what if you don’t have a loom? This workshop will walk you through the steps to make a weighted loom with just a few common items, how to make your own cards/tablets for tablet weaving, how to set up your tablets and yarn, how to read a tablet weaving pattern, AND how to weave a narrow band that you will then make into a bracelet. You will then be able to take your supplies and new knowledge home to weave more bands that could be bracelets, belts, straps or whatever you can think of.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Please enter attendee names and email addresses at checkout. This will help us reach everyone if needed.
