General Return Policy
We accept returns on qualifying items within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt or if the purchase was made under your Royalty Membership account.*

Returns with Receipt or Royalty Membership: Eligible for refund or exchange.

Returns without a Receipt: May be accepted at the discretion of the store for store credit only.
Seasonal Items
We’re happy to accept returns on seasonal merchandise after the season ends, but refunds will be made at the current after-season price, regardless of original purchase price.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Face masks

Cut fabric or trim by the yard (yardage)
Additional Terms

All returned items must be unused, in sellable condition, and include original packaging if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy criteria.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible.

Items purchased with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.
