Shipping Policy
We are a local, family-owned store, and while most of our items are available for in-store purchase or pickup only, we do offer shipping for online fabric orders, gift cards, and special orders.
Fabric Orders (Online)
Fabric ordered online is shipped directly from our Ben Franklin Crafts and Frame Shop in Monroe, WA using USPS.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Shipping times depend on your location and USPS delivery schedules.
If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, please call us—we’ll be happy to discuss options and find a solution that works for you.
In-Store Pickup
Most items purchased in-store or by phone can be held for pickup at our Bonney Lake or Monroe locations. We’ll let you know when your order is ready.
Gift Cards & Special Orders
We’re happy to mail gift cards or special order items upon request. These are also shipped via USPS unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on package weight and destination. We’ll provide an estimate before completing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue.
